I bought this trailer for my now ex wife. She owed me money in the divorce, but instead I maintained possession of this trailer. I have no care at all to have this trailer. It's all aluminum, about 5800 lbs, 5 brand new tires 4 on double axles and 1 on spare. The hydraulic jack was broken by her father, so we replaced it with a manual crank jack much more dependable. I have replaced the copper line going to the fridge from the propane tanks there are 2 of them. The trailer was not winterized by my ex wife last year, so some pipes burst cpvc sucks. Those were all fixed and are in perfect shape now. There is a full size mattress above the tongue. Microwave, tv, fridge, shower, toilet, kitchen and bathroom sinks. I replaced the gray tank discharge port as it had been broken off when we bought it. I don't owe a dime on this trailer and the title is free and clear. I am trying to get some of my retirement money back out of it. I am asking $20,000, however, I am open to negotiation. I would even consider a trade for something of equal value. A/c is COLD AS ICE. There are 3 dividers for the 4 horses. It is slant load with air vents above them. There are mangers and drop down windows for each horse. Lots of storage. Hayrack on top. Unfortunately there is no generator and the step for the LQ is broken. Water heater operates as it's supposed to. There is a tabletop that detaches from the floor and can be stored until it's needed again.

It's not new, so please don't let your mind run wild about having a pristine horse trailer, it's not. It is used and could use a little tlc, but it pulls nice, sleeps nice and is real nice to have for those weekend barrel races. Ask any question you wish, I won't hold any info from anyone.
