| Trailer purchased new. Stays plugged in w/heat/air/dehumidifier. New 14 ply tires in 2018. Needs new awning fabric. Has wear on horse mat and the coating on the wheel well in horse compartment.
Window replaced on entry side in 2019 with a frameless window as there were none available that were a direct match during covid. Fan blades in bathroom fan are "gone". New cover installed. No digs, dents, leaks. Never had pets or smokers in the trailer which was used only by me and one horse to travel to my "horse place" at the Big South Fork in TN. about 175 miles and an occasional trip to FL 300 miles. Roof is about ready for a "reseal" which is about $1,000. |
